The project developed preliminary indications whose objective was the building of a company daycare center with space for three groups of children. Specifically, the plan includes:

• rebuilding and renovation of the existing former farmhouse building;
• demolition of a portion of the attached building below street level;
• construction of new buildings;
• exterior refurbishing.

The existing building will be integrated into new construction that replaces outbuildings and a wing below the street. The functional and structural nature of the former farmhouse was well adapted to complementary activities while all the areas specifically intended for children will be located in the new structure in which greater compositional freedom allowed us to ensure proper conditions to accommodate day care facilities and provide required lighting, space, and functionality.

External work involves the general reshaping and landscaping of outdoor spaces.
