The project area was located at the edge of the town center along the Aurelia Freeway and between the town and the river.

The aim of the plan was to reorganize and reconstruct the urban fabric so as to create continuity with the surrounding environment, and work proceeded via demolition of buildings incompatible both morphologically and environmentally with the intended use of the space and the preservation of existing homes. Integrated functionality was included in the design through a plan to build, alongside the residential units, a shopping center and administrative offices intended to draw residents from the wider surrounding area.

The C-shaped buildings face a fully equipped and built-out internal pedestrian courtyard. A portico containing commercial spaces looks onto the courtyard.
