The public entrance hall leads to an elliptical space that will house meetings of the Town Council and, with small changes in the configuration of the seating areas, conferences and seminars as well.

The room measures 16m by 10m and is six meters in height. The room’s natural light comes from a sequence of high windows that extend for most of its perimeter. The interior of the room is intimate, bright, and tranquil, and will provide a relaxed environment for meetings and other encounters.

The second  floor is connected by a glass bridge to the first  floor of  the town hall.
