Measuring approximately 70 meters x 120 meters, the space contains a large triangular courtyard at its interior through which a pedestrian walkway passes.

The space itself is demarcated by a series of enclosing walls faced in stone that surround the built area. The buildings, characterized by their solidity and formal rigor, were organized in such a way as to create a perimeter around a central open space containing two distinct buildings smaller in size and freer in their architectural character.

These buildings were constructed with Class A materials to guarantee comfortable living and high energy efficiency.
